A delicate and floral cocktail that refreshes and inspirits the classic martini flavour with jasmine tea-infused Broken Shed Vodka.

Ingredients

1.5 oz jasmine tea-infused Broken Shed Vodka (recipe follows)
0.75 oz extra dry vermouth
1 teaspoon apricot brandy liqueur
Garnish: 1 grapefruit twist

Jasmine Tea Vodka

4 organic jasmine green tea bags
500 ml Broken Shed Vodka

Add the tea bags to a glass container. Cover with Broken Shed Vodka and let sit at room temperature for 30 minute, stirring occasionally. Strain back into your original bottle.

Directions

Stir all the ingredients over ice for 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
