Cinnamon Twist

Ingredients

2.5 oz Broken Shed Vodka
0.75 oz half-and-half or cream
0.5 oz hazelnut liqueur
0.5 oz cinnamon simple syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: freshly grated cinnamon

Directions

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
