1 cup Broken Shed Vodka
3 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
¼ teaspoon whole cloves
¼ teaspoon dandelion root
2 inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
2 star anise pods
2 cinnamon sticks
1 organic lemon, zest only
Steep ingredients in a glass container at room temperature for 7 days. Strain into a bottle and add 2 ounces of simple syrup. Enjoy a dash in your next Shed & Tonic.
